Anita started her career as an Administrator with Monash University in various roles, from Department Administration to the University Secretariat working with many Committees and Boards.  Anita eventually worked in the Centre for Executive Education at the Peninsula Campus, which led to short course and conference administration.

Anita has worked for Executive Education Programs as an Administrator since 2002 and then as Program Manager for Streamwise Learning since 2008. Between 2019-2024, Anita was Program Manager for the Harvard Club of Australia leadership programs.
