Future Leaders in Produce is a fully residential business skills course focused on effective communication, presentation skills, commercial acumen and strategic thinking in a produce industry context. The program uses various practical and applied learning methods with produce industry case studies chosen in consultation with industry experts.
Who should attend
Commercial staff, managers and next generation leaders across all business functions and throughout all segments of the produce industry in Australia and New Zealand. The program is limited to a maximum of 24 participants.
