Introduction

The first 1.5 days of the program focus on strategy and commercial acumen, with participants learning a 5-step business strategic planning framework and applying it to a business simulation that gets progressively complex, with syndicates ultimately having full control over all business decisions including marketing, product pricing, channel, production planning, product quality, product development, operations capital management, financing, dividends and acquisitions.

The second part of the program is split between interactive sessions with interesting senior executives sharing their personal stories, and presentation skills development focused on pitching your ideas for response, specifically how to make the most of opportunities to gain support for ideas from the C Suite and Board.
